1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • The product is missing from the order

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

2. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Slight color, print, or texture variations (due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution)
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items
  • Orders with incorrect details provided by the customer

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND

Within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video showing the issue

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.


4. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • If your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the bank or payment gateway.

IKKAA SUITS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.


6. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • In cases of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be managed as per our instructions

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as per the Refund Policy

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE

IKKAA SUITS reserves the right to:

  • Reject requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria
  • Request additional proof before approval
